Has anyone else had a problem with the WYSIWYG Editor?

I have used it on various windows boxes with IE4 or higher and

*The Problems is:*

When I click 'Edit this Page', I get the page and what looks like the WYSIWYG Editor, but there is no content in the Editors main window, and clicking in that window does not give me a cursor.

ANY Ideas as to why this happens from time to time on different PCs?

AND / OR - What can I do to fix this?
