If you've followed the above steps, open up your Manila site root from Window in the menu bar.

Then open the #membershipGroup table, then users, then your e-mail address. If there isn't a password entry in that table, then you'll need to create one by going to Table in the menu bar then selecting New Scalar, then choose String. Call it password and just enter your password in plain text.
