Thanks, Ken. I'm fairly new to Manila/Frontier, so I may be a bit confused. No, I'm certain I'm a bit confused.

Both of the templates I mentioned (on the same Prefs page) include standard Manila macros such as {author} and {subject}. These work fine. But the metaData macros work in one template but not in the other. And the problem isn't at run time, but rather due to some pre-processing that occuers when the Prefs page is Submitted. If the form processor would just leave the template alone rather than convert the curly braces, everything would work fine, I think. That's why I think it's a bug not a feature request.
