My apologies. The "Save as.." worked, but it's counter-intuitive. If the name is editable in the outline, I assume it's actually editing the name.

Here's what I'm doing. I'm deleting the subhead for a story in the expanded "Stories" container in Radio for my Manila site. I expect that this will delete the story on my Manila server, but when I reload the Stories, it's still there.
