New Message: Include macro in site structure?

Hi,

Is it possible to use the include macro or something similar in the site structure? In stead of changing or ammending the site structure I just want to include a message with a table of contents that is shown when people access a certain part of my site (it is a glossary of terms and it takes to much time to ammend the site structure for every glossary term I ad).
