and "Stories, Pictures, and Gems Pages Access:" is missing in the Editorial page within the Prefs menue if one switches to German as the main language of the site.

I have noticed this when I wanted to switch caching on for a site that I run on weblogs.com.

Can anyone confirm this observation, please?
