There have been some problems with multipart forms - I think there's a bug when multiple elements have the same name (like for radio buttons); there may be others.

Can you save the param table? In your code, right after "on firstFilter..." add a line "scratchpad.savedPTA=pta^". Send it to me if you want me to help debug.
