New Message: Skipping one step with news items publishing

Hello.

I noticed following:

If a regular Editor is allowed to edit & release a news item to the homepage he still needs to do three steps:

a) editing a news item and saving
b) releasing
c) releasing to the homepage

For Managing Editors step b) and c) are combined in one step.

Because the editors have to navigate to the news item edit screen once more after step b) I suggest Manila would sense if regular editors are allowed to publish and the do it in one step as well.

Otherwise adding news items gets very inconvenient.
