I just updated to Frontier 9.0 on our server. The sites now show a free space for gems with "-9702 K". No upload is possible.

In the old control panel pages there has been a global setting for the site quota. This seems to be gone (or I don't find it).

How can I set the gems quota without having to manually add a limit to all the sites?
