Can you try emailing me your Frontier configuration report from the control panel to lawrence\@userland.com and a copy of the config.manila.sites table.

I don't believe there have been any recent changes to the static rendering and with an up to date copy of the root files, I haven't had a problem here with static rendering on my local copy of Frontier.
