In the last week, we have seen the following error on two separate servers. Both are running Frontier v9.0 Windows NT v5.0.2195 Service Pack 3. It seems to be happening when the person tries to send a POST request to the server (ie logging in or updating pages).

Sorry! There was an error: Can't complete the operation because Windows reported
an error: "The process cannot access the file because another process has locked
a portion of the file".

The error was detected by Frontier 9.0 in mainResponder.respond. Webmaster:
FacultySupport\@ weblogs.deanza.fhda.edu. Time: Sun, 20 Apr 2003 07:05:30 GMT.

The problem seems to be intermitent and may get fixed when Frontier is restarted. Though it does appear to be cropping up repeatedly. Has anyone else seen this or have any idea what is causing it? Have there been any resent changes to the mainResponder that might be causing the problem?

Any information would be helpful.
