*Update:* this error occurs only if I specify new attributes, other than the standard ZIP, State, Country etc, in the prefs xml . Presumably Manila is looking for tables corresponding to these new items (in my case Department and Hospital).

The question is where and how should these be created? I can't see the point of having customizable prefs if customizing causes the system to fail in this way. Presumably this is a bug?
