First, can you first try turning off the Web server until we fix this. Next, could you try opening the config.root from the Frontier application.

Expand the config table. Choose the mainresponder sub-table and choose Main->Export. Save the file to disk and see if there are any errors. If there's an error, could you post it to the DG.

Next, do the same on the manila sub-table.
