HI Lawrence.

I can open and export from my backup dated Mar 1/03. This seems like the best way to go. How do I proceed? (or could you point me to documentation)?

I have about 20 sites to restore - all of the important ones pre-date this backup. All the really important ones were part of the nightly backup (through Manila admin settings).
