First, create a new object database. File->New->Object Database. Call it configFresh.root and save it to your /Guest Databases/Apps/ sub-folder.
Next, use File->Open to open your exported tables from the old config.root file. Make sure the name for the imported object is the configFresh.root file.
You may need to create the config sub-table in the configFresh.root file (with the configFresh.root window to the front, choose Table->New Sub-Table) if you get an error dialog saying the import failed because the table doesn't exist.
When you are finished importing everything, exit Frontier, move your old config.root (keep it until you verify everything is working), rename configFresh.root to config.root. Then start your Manila server and test.
You should probably have the same number of items in your discuss.root or members.root file as you have items in the config.manila.sites sub-table if you want to verify.
