I wrote earlier (but got no replies) about some file flakiness on my iMac OS X Frontier server. (See http://frontier.userland.com/discuss/msgReader$11756)
Now I have a new problem.
Frontier suddenly quits several times per day. Sometime when it comes back up (after being restarted by my Kic-off software) all I see in Frontier is a blank window, sometimes with an OK button. It appears the Frontier is actually working at this point, though the "frontier suddenly quite" warning messages is still on the screen.
I decided to try to "save a copy" of several important tables. When I try to do this with config.root Frontier crashes (unexpectedly quits) part way through the save.
Suggestions on how to begin to resolve this?
Thanks.
Dan
