It should be the email address and password that you entered when installing/configuring frontier. If you can not remember you can go to the machine running frontier and open the members.root (from the windows menu) look in the admin table and under users look at the email and password. If the password is not readable then select it and use the type popup (left bottom of the window) to change it to a string.
