meta tags get lowercased?!

I noticed this evening that the following line in the #prefs section

     #metaMSSmartTagsPreventParsing TRUE

results in

   <meta name="mssmarttagspreventparsing" content="true">

which isn't exactly what I wanted.

What's the right way of telling frontier to stop mucking with case 
and leave things as they were specified?

By the way, this meta tag seems to also stop the TopText engine as 
well, I see on slashdot.
