Problem with new installation

I have made a new installation with frontier 7 and created a new folder for
this.

Then i imported manilaMebsites.root and installed all sites. So far it all
worked. But in the following time i realized, that many ressources were
still called from the frontier 6.2.1 folder, where the old installation
lived. Also i wanted to save the nightly backups into the actual frontier7
folder.

I hoped to cure everything and replaced all instances of "frontier 6.2.1"
with "frontier7" whith find and replace.

Now there are diffend kinds of trouble. Some sites don't show up at all and
annother displays a frontier error: Can't call "isStaticRendering" because
there are too many parameters"

Any ideas how i can systematically fix the problems. If i have to make a new
installation, what steps should i follow?
