includeHTTP macro and update frequency

I'm using the Manila includeHTTP macro on a couple of my sites. By default
it only checks the remote page for updates every 60 minutes, if I understand
correctly. 

Some of my remote pages are coming from filemaker databases that could
change more frequently than once per hour.

Can anyone point me to a way to increase the update frequency... or explain
why this might be a bad idea?
