converting static site to manila site...

my main website (http://www.threeofus.com) which is long overdue for an
overhaul is still being served out of its own ODB (threeofus.root)... I'd
like to convert it from being served that way into a proper manila website
so it's easier to maintain...

is there a how to anywhere on how to do this?
