Manila Theme graphics on Netscape

Is there any problem with Netscape Browsers on Wintel machines receiving theme graphics from Manila sites?
I'm developing Manila sites on our Frontier server and the theme graphics are fine on my Mac when using IE5, NS 4.77, NS 6.0, iCab 2.5.2 and Opera 5.0. However, when using Netscape (particularly the earlier 4.x versions) segments of the graphics are missing or I get oddball "graphics."
For example, when using a theme I developed from our school district's template, there's a wierd line running horizontally across the page. It's at no logical break between graphics. And, when using the Jelly Beans theme, the top middle and bottom middle theme graphics are missi ng.
Any pointers? Check my code to make sure I haven't made any changes that screw up Netscape viewing? Is this a tables problem in Netscape? Just recommend that our users abandon Netscape 4.x? I hesitate recommending Netscape 6.0 because of the helper apps situation.
We're using Frontier 7.0.1, MacOS 9.1, Beige G3 (with Sonnet G4 upgrade at 500 MHz) and 384 MB built-in-memory.
Thanks,
Rick
