old bug with static rendering

There is one bug, that appears in differnet flavors when "folders" of the site-hierarchy get rendered static. Letters and folders somehow get doubled.

Example of dynamic manila page (content rendered automatically from the hierarchy):

The corresponding static page:

The same problem occures in the navigation bar. There I tried (without success) relative and absolute URLs as well as shortcuts.
