Manila -- Picture Upload Error

I get the following error message when creating a new picture through 
Manila:

"Sorry! There was an error: This operation is not supported for table 
values. If you intended to take its address, use the '@' operator.

The error was detected by Frontier 7.0.1 in mainResponder.respond..."

Despite this error message, the image does seem to upload fine. If you 
go back to the /pictures listing of images for the site, the image shows 
up fine.

I'm having trouble tracking down where in the upload process this error 
message is being produced. Has anyone experienced this error before? And 
ideas or help would be appreciated.
