I did this about a year ago - using some scripts developed by David Bayly.
You might want to get in touch with him direct to see if he is happy to send
you the scripts.

I have to warn you - depending on how feature rich your current site set up
is (i.e are you using lots of your own directives, macros/features that
don't have equivalent's in Manila etc) it may be a painful process.
