You can set the webserver port from within Frontier,
via the Web menu.
In Frontier, select
Web-->Webserver-->Stop
Then select
Web-->Webserver-->Set Port...
Enter the port you want Frontier to listen on and click OK.
Thens select
Web-->Webserver-->Start
Frontier should now be listening on the port you specified.
