Can't connect to server 127.0.0.1 ...2

Hello:
I just logged in to my ISP to mail the previous message to the list.

I've not change anything in Frontier but now I find I can log into the 
Manila server.
http://127.0.0.1:8080/controlPanel/default >> this works

(The browser is set NOT to access the cache).

However, if I go to the index item "List Sites" I get this:
"There are no sites on this server"

In fact there should be two: default and "hdmw" a new site.

A new twist.
