I cannot say for sure that Arabic will work, but I know people who 
are running websites which contain pages in Japanese and Chinese. 
You need to be able to set values so that when the affected pages are 
being rendered, the page table  values

isoFilter = false
charset =  something appropriate for your language

There are several ways in which this can be done, but you need access 
to the server or a cooperative server administrator.
