Manila Blogroll?

A blogroll is a list of links to other blogs or sites that you read. Radio 
can generate one from a outline (.opml) document it creates and insert it 
via a macro in your home page template. For an example, see the list along 
the right side of http://doc.weblogs.com. I believe Doc coined the term, 
based on "logroll" which, in journalism, refers to a form of 
back-scratching - as in "you write about me and I'll write about you".
