Not sure what question/answer you are referring to, but I respectfully
decline this invitation to point out the clue train for you. Thanks.

I'm no software developer, but here's what I would do: have Doug
subscribe to this mailing list, forward him what he has missed so far
(I'm assuming he has e-mail here), and give him access to you bug
tracking system (again, assuming this exists). As for cheap shots: this
used to be a perfectly friendly discussion about software bugs. We all
know who got all 'ad hominem' all of a sudden. Oh well, same old, same
old, just like old times, been there, done that, t-shirt.

Now I have been getting some off list feedback suggesting I'm not alone
in my complaint that Radio/Manila/le-projet-du-jour get way more
attention than Frontier, even though we Frontier customers pay the big
bucks. As a customer, I feel neglected and disrespected, especially after
this little episode. I believe many others here are reluctant to speak
out because they can do without the abuse. I also believe many here are,
like me, getting quite familiar with PHP/MySQL and Zope.

So long,
Michel
