With Philippe Martin's kind help, we figured out that it wasn't broken paths
that were giving us problems, but rather a long list of ULSs that were
pointing to the old server. The URLS reside specifically in #urls, #ftpSite
and #newsSite tables in manilaWebsites.root. A quick find and replace did
the trick.
