Ross, if you are talking about http requests to the webserver, you 
can set a preference at  user.webserver.prefs.fldebug to true. What 
shows up - 2 windows per http request - is dictated by the scripts at 
user.webserver.postFilters.debug and user.webserver.preFilters.debug.
