Here's what's new in Frontier update #0412:

system.verbs.builtins.Frontier.tools.commands.reInstallFrontTool changed on 1/15/2002; 9:58:51 AM (#0412): A developer working on a Tool needs a way to cause all the relevant parts of the Tool, its menu, RPC handlers, etc, to be re-installed. Luckily there's a single script that does this, so this new command is just a user interface on to that script. Bring a Tool the front and choose the Re-Install Frontmost Tool command from the Developers sub-menu of the Tools menu. After confirmation, the tool is re-installed. A big developer time-saver.
