Here's what's new in Frontier update #0416:

system.callbacks.opInsert changed on 1/18/2002; 1:52:36 PM (#0416): This script is called in Frontier 8 after the user creates a new headline in any outline. In turn it calls all the scripts in user.callbacks.opInsert.
