Here's what's new in Frontier update #0446:

system.verbs.builtins.rootUpdates.update changed on 1/21/2002; 2:41:56 PM (#0446): Use a string comparison to determine whether we're getting updates from radioupdates.userland.com, instead of a call to tcp.equalNames, since tcp.equalNames fails for some proxy server users.
