Problems with Frontier startup

You can get databases to open on startup by having an entry for them in
user.databases (Frontier.root --> user.databases). To add a database to this
table: bring the database to the front in Frontier and choose "add to
user.databases..." from the Server menu. I guess press cancel if you are
prompted to replace an existing table.
The mainResponder startup script *should* take care of opening the rest of
the required webserver roots.
