Web Host problem

Hello everyone - 
I am working with a web host who is running Win2000 and IIS. We are trying to set up Frontier to run as the server for all pages. We go through the install process, but we don't get the Control Panel at the end of the process. 

Sorry in advance for my ignorance, but can someone give me some direction in talking with these guys? 

To note - I was able to get it to run on my Win2000 machine (not running IIS) which makes me think that IIS is the difference.
