Frontier processed 20 items, but that does not mean that 20 distinct items
were actually added to the glossary. A glossary is built around the #title
of the page. If your #title values are not unique, then each successive
page processed with the same #title as a previously processed page will
just overwrite the existing glossary entry. It is absolutely essential that
every #title in your site be unique for that site.
