Here's what's new in Frontier update #0514:

system.verbs.builtins.Frontier.tools.data.windowTypes.outlinerFile.open changed on 5/24/2002; 4:59:37 PM (#0514): When preserving comments at the top of the file, don't save the "OPML generated by" comment. Prevents it from being added again when the file is saved.
