Here's what's new in Frontier update #0607:

system.verbs.builtins.xml.rss.compileService changed on 11/9/2002; 7:12:16 AM (#0607): For 0.91 and greater feeds, if it has a skipHours element, create a skipHoursList element in the compilation table, containing the hours we can skip, in the local timezone.
