target attribute

Hi all,

I am using a Mac with Frontier 6.1.1 loaded. I am trying to add a target
attribute to a link within the site like this:

<LI>The Sky is Green, available from {glossSub("Utah Affiliate
Information", "VSA arts of Utah", target:"_blank")}

I am not getting an error message, but it also is not working. The link
generated just displays the link in the same window. Any ideas? What am I
doing wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.
