Actually, I'd think that the differences wouldn't be that great. I'd just
export your various bits and pieces, back everything up and start up
F9. Then import the old pieces, probably into a guest database (it makes
future upgrades much easier).
The web site framework hasn't really changed that much since 5.x that I
recall and the internal formats haven't changed either.

Are you talking about a traditional static built site? If so, I think
Bayly.root has some scripts for that kind of conversion.
