Here's what's new in Frontier update #0604:

system.verbs.apps.weblogUpdates.publicRssPing changed on 10/30/2002; 5:38:22 PM (#0604): Send a special RSS ping to the indicated server. This is a nice bottleneck that will make it easy to relocate the server if we need to, or to change the procedure.
