Here's what's new in Frontier update #0563:

system.verbs.builtins.tcp.im.server changed on 9/21/2002; 6:11:36 PM (#0563): If no responder handles the message, don't send a return message to the sender. Prevents infinite loops when talking to another implementation of tcp.im.
