How to
1. First, be sure you're using a fully-updated installation of Manila. If not, ask your system manager to be sure it is updated.
2. Then visit the Creative Commons website, and choose a license that suits your needs. The license is expressed in terms of a URL. Copy the URL to the clipboard, and then go to your Manila site.
3. Be sure you're logged in. From the Editors Only menu, click on Prefs, then choose the Syndication panel. Scroll down to the License section.
