Doctype specification / XHTML 1.0 / etc.

Okay, let's amend the question then. Is there a built-in Frontier 
verb or procedure to automatically generate the proper doctype 
specification? If not, is there a canonical way y'all are doing this? 
Are y'all specifying a doctype, etc.?
