Unable to post edits on manila sites

This can also happen if you are coming to the edit page via a bookmark, 
since that doesn't set the referer, also there was an issue at one time 
with some browsers.  What platform and browser are you trying to edit 
from.  Also have there been any proxy changes on your connection?
