Here's what's new in Frontier update #0656:

system.verbs.builtins.html.editor.wysiwygEditorMozilla changed on 8/22/2003; 2:21:23 PM (#0656): Add an inline style to set the background color of the editor to white. This makes the edited text more visible on sites with non-white backgrounds, especially those with very dark backgrounds.
