Pasting from Word into Manila edit box

Something I've wanted for a while is a callback when Manila messages 
are created of edited. The the developer can be passed the text 
before it is posted into the ODB. In the case of Word-formatted HTML, 
a callback could look for the presence of "mso" tags and clean-up 
accordingly (perhaps by passing a call to HTML Tidy).
