<p>To make a corporate purchase with a purchase order, please email your purchase order to customerservice\@userland.com or fax a copy of your purchase order to (586) 283-2018.</p>
<p>All checks should be sent to:  329 S. San Antonio Road, Suite 8, Los Altos, CA 94022</p>
<p>All POs will be charged a $15 handling fee as of October 18, 2002.</p>
Please include:<ul>
<li>PO Number. (Reference for your system)
<li>Version. (Windows, Macintosh OS X, or Macintosh Classic)
<li>Number of copies.
<li>Your full name.
<li>Email address.
<li>Title.
<li>Company.
<li>Full address.
<li>City.
<li>State/Province.
<li>Country.
<li>Zip/postal code.
<li>Phone number.
<li>Fax number.

<p>When we receive your email or fax, we will process your order and send you an invoice/receipt, your serial numbers, and instructions for download.</p>
<p><b>NOTE</b>:  If you are renewing or buying a new Manila license using a purchase order, please fill out the <a href="http://store.userland.com">form at our online store</a>.  This will initialize you in our system and allow you to get updates to the software in the future.  Make sure you select the Purchase Order payment method and send in your PO as detailed above.</p>
